[Hey, I know it's been awhile. Life has been crazy busy! I haven't made huge strides on the exercise front...I'm too tired after work. Does anybody have any advice to get my butt to the gym when I'm tired?]
Baby carrots have been my saving grace lately- being on the go with work. I have tried to have a little ziploc with me at all times. They are an easy snack, low calorie, and very filling; also, I can eat them in the car without making a mess or being distracted.
Anybody else have any great on the go snacks?
i have been addicted to cucumber slices. yum! also dried fruit is an easy on the go snack, just make sure they don't have tons of sugar added
ReplyDeleteWhen I worked this past summer I would take my workout clothes with me in the car and if I had time in the morning I would drop them off at the gym so that I had to go to the gym to pick them up. Maybe you could do something like that. Even when I didn't drop it off in the morning I would have my bag next to me in the car so if I didn't stop by the gym I would always feel guilty.
