I ...Sorry to comment again, I'm just a stalker. I am an advocate of drinking enough water, it is the single best thing you can do for your physical health. I became passionate on the subject after writing a research paper on it for one of my classes last winter and started drinking 8-10 ups per day immediately. Like you, I needed a potty break every 30 minutes at first! Your bladder will adjust after about 2-3 weeks though and you will be fine.
